TOMAMU de Asparagus Night celebrates Hokkaido's asparagus, which boasts the highest production in Japan. Experience vibrant, crunchy green asparagus and tender, sweet white asparagus in a variety of desserts and dishes.

Asparagus dessert: Asparagus Parfait

A recommended dessert after your meal. Seasonal asparagus is served as chips atop jelly, cream, and parfait, offering a variety of flavors and textures. The white cream is a rich blend of sweet white asparagus and yogurt by Farm Hoshino.

"Raw" preserves the natural flavor, "Boiled" enhances sweetness with a soft texture, and "Grilled" brings out a roasted aroma and rich sweetness. Each dish is paired with condiments like Hollandaise sauce and salt for added taste. A refreshing, rich Asparagus Potage is also available for tasting.
