20th Anniversary this year!

On May 8, 2025, the UNKAI Terrace will open, inviting visitors to experience breathtaking sea clouds and a variety of cloud phenomena. To mark the opening day, an Opening Ceremony will be held to offer a memorable morning where guests can encounter the beauty of sea clouds. The ceremony will feature special events and newly introduced menu items.

To celebrate the start of the season and share the magical sea cloud experience with as many guests as possible, an opening ceremony is held every year. Highlights include the "Cloud Release," where bubble clouds are released into the sky, and a champagne toast shared with guests.

The KUMO Cafe, located indoors, will debut a new menu item, the "Cloud Cake." Designed to resemble clouds, this delightful dessert features a sauce made with Hokkaido's unique haskap berries and cream crafted from Tomamu milk. Its refreshing tartness and light texture make it a perfect pairing with morning coffee.

On the opening day, visitors will receive an exclusive gift: Original Cloud Madeleines. These fluffy madeleines, with their gentle and cloud-like texture, are a special treat to commemorate the 20th anniversary.
