We are hosting the "Farm Beer Garden" event, where you can fully enjoy Hokkaido’s summer with dairy products and craft beer, including a special beer available only at Hoshino Resorts TOMAMU. The highlight of the event is "MILK HOP", an IPA (India Pale Ale) infused with Tomamu Milk, produced at Farm Hoshino. To accompany the beer, we will serve "HOP CORN", a snack made using hops—the primary ingredient of beer—as well as ice cream made with Farm Hoshino’s dairy products.
The venue for this event is the Farm Area, which spans approximately 100 hectares. You can enjoy breathtaking views of Hokkaido’s summer with its refreshing sunshine and vast green fields. The space is equipped with sofas and tables, allowing you to relax and savor our original craft beer in a spacious and open environment.
We will be serving "MILK HOP", a beer that combines IPA (India Pale Ale) with Tomamu Milk. The milk, produced during the summer, has a light and refreshing taste with hints of fresh grass. This unique beer is brewed by Tsuki to Taiyo BREWING, featuring an IPA rich in hops, offering a strong bitterness and citrusy aroma. The result is a smooth, mildly tart flavor with berry-like notes.
Pair your original beer with unique snacks: "HOP CORN": Popcorn made using hops, giving it a spicy herbal aroma and a subtle beer-like bitterness, making it a perfect match for craft beer. "Moo-tainai Ice Cream": A summer-refreshing ice cream made from skim milk, a byproduct of dairy production at Farm Hoshino. Enjoy its light yet creamy texture, especially when paired with MILK HOP.
