The "Melon Champagne Terrace" will be held from June 1 to August 31, 2025, offering a luxurious marriage of seasonal melons and champagne on summer nights in Hokkaido. While enjoying the great outdoors, you can savor the pairing of blue and red melons with champagne, and indulge in six different melon-based dishes at restaurants located within hotalu street. Additionally, to complement the red melon, "Red Melon Luxurious Shaved Ice" made with dairy products from "Farm Hoshino" will be available.

The champagne selection includes options that complement the refreshing sweetness of blue melon, known for its crisp flavor, and the rich sweetness and fragrance of red melon. From aromatic to smooth-textured champagnes, each has been carefully chosen to enhance the melon flavors.
Within hotalu street, situated halfway up the mountain, you will find restaurants offering melon-based dishes such as melon cocktail jelly and prosciutto melon. At cafe&bar tukino, a shaved ice featuring red melon and dairy products from Farm Hoshino will also be served. This shaved ice uses an entire red melon, a Hokkaido specialty, combined with ricotta and whey from Farm Hoshino. After eating about half, pouring champagne over it to enjoy a sophisticated float with a unique taste is also recommended.

hotalu street is a 160-meter-long area, where nine shops are connected by a wooden deck, offering dining and shopping experiences. With an open terrace surrounding a warm fire, you can feel the cool summer breeze and the fresh air of the surrounding nature. From July 19 to August 31, fireworks will be launched every evening at 8:00p.m to light up the night sky.
