・Reason for refund must be either illness, injury, pregnancy, or job transfer (document proving each condition is required)
Should the above conditions be fulfilled, you will be refunded your money minus the ¥2000 for the Safety Plus add-on.【Free Rental Policy】

・Effective only on the day that equipment has been damaged (Customer will be charged for rental on subsequent days.)

Ride on the UNKAI Gondola For Free w/ Shared Discount Rates
Season Pass holders can ride the UNKAI Gondola for free during the 2018 Summer Season.
Accompanying passengers pay a reduced rates of ¥1,500 (down from ¥1900) for Adults and ¥1000 (down from ¥1200) for Children.* Reduced passenger rate applicable for 5 persons per day per Season Pass holder.
Mina-Mina Beach For Free w/ Shared Discount Rates
Season Pass holders get free admission to Mina-Mina Beach during both the 2017 Winter Season and 2018 Summer Season. (Discounted admission Fee is necessary during some peak periods*)
Accompanying party pay at the reduced rates of ¥2000 (down from ¥2500) for Adults and ¥800 (down from ¥1000) for Children (using only the Hot Bath “Kirin No Yu” costs ¥500(down from ¥800) for Adults and ¥300(down from ¥500) for Children).* The discounted rates of ¥2000 for Adults and ¥800 for Children will be applied to the season pass holders from July 1 to August 31 and Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays of September 2018.

1. Send an e-mail to Cardorona Reservation Center and make a hotel booking with them.
