Tomamu's Commitment to Rentals

1. 1. Rental goods will also be from top brands
   Tomamu Rentals are all from the brand Atomic, a leading ski and snowboard brand.
   Atomic skis available for rent are set to the most optimal settings for intermediate skiers and snowboarders.
   In order to guarantee the quality of the Atomic products, their skis and snowboards are only used for up to 3 seasons. (Some snowboards are made by SALOMON)
2. 2. Clean items
   A pair of new gloves and hat will be provided. As they will be in direct contact with your skin, we want visitors to be able to use them with the utmost peace of mind.
   *Please keep your gloves and hat as a present.
3. 3. Both skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed
   For rentals that are for 2 days or above, you can switch between skiing and snowboarding once during your stay for free.
   
4. 4. Sizes can be changed as many times as you like
   To ensure your skiing and snowboarding is safe and comfortable, our staff, who are well versed in winter gear, will assist you with your fitting. You can also feel free to change gear sizes as often as you like during your stay.
   *Rental equipment gear size changes must be made by the person who rented the gear
   *Please note that depending on the product, the minimum or maximum sizes available may vary.
5. 5. Return location
   Returns can be made at either "Tomamu The Tower Rental" or "RISONARE Tomamu Rental"
   *The option for 5-hour rentals is available only on the day of renting. Please note that you cannot return the items on a different day.
   *One-day use is available until the end of ski resort hours on the day of rental.
   *For rentals of 2 days or more, please return your rentals by the end of ski resort operating hours on the last day of your rental.
